Country music star loses family members in deadly Texas flooding

Country music star Pat Green is mourning the loss of his brother John, sister-in-law Julia, and their two young sons after catastrophic flash floods struck Kerr County, Texas, over the July 4th weekend. The Guadalupe River rose 26 feet in just 45 minutes, sweeping through the Blue Oak RV Park where the family was vacationing. John and Julia’s bodies were recovered, but their sons remain missing, prompting an ongoing search effort.

The tragedy has deeply shaken the Green family and the broader Texas community. Pat Green has asked for privacy as they grieve and continue hoping for a miracle. The flood, one of the deadliest in recent Texas history, has claimed over 100 lives, leaving families devastated and communities struggling to recover.
