A MIRACLE NAMED HOPE

When our husky Luna went into labor, joy quickly turned into panic. A puppy got stuck, and after six desperate hours, we rushed her to the emergency vet — terrified we might lose her. The X-ray showed two puppies, neither with a heartbeat. The vet warned us they’d have to move fast to save Luna’s life. We waited in silence, hearts breaking, until the doctor returned — grinning through tears. “You won’t believe this,” she said. “We saved one.”

When we saw Luna alive and her tiny pup breathing beside her, the world seemed to stop. The little one had fought back from the edge — fragile, but full of life. We named her Hope. That night, watching Luna curl around her baby, we understood something deeper than relief: miracles don’t always roar; sometimes, they breathe quietly in the arms of love and perseverance.
