A beloved figure in the entertainment world has died at the age of 87 in New York City, marking the end of a career that spanned decades and left a powerful imprint on audiences everywhere. His passing, attributed to cardiac arrest, prompted an outpouring of tributes from across the industry. Known for his commanding performances in film, television, and on stage, he influenced countless viewers and young artists, earning deep respect throughout the acting community.

It was later confirmed that the actor was Harris Yulin, whose work in Ghostbusters II, Scarface, Training Day, Frasier, Ozark, and numerous stage productions cemented his status as a versatile and enduring talent. In addition to his screen achievements, he taught at Juilliard and was praised by director Michael Hoffman as “one of the greatest artists.” He is survived by his wife, actress Kristen Lowman, along with loved ones who now carry forward the memory of his extraordinary life.
