THREE BODIES FOUND

Authorities have recovered the bodies of three men after a devastating mudslide near Lillooet, B.C., with one person still unaccounted for. The slide, which hit Highway 99 on November 15, has also claimed the life of a woman, bringing the confirmed death toll to four.

Search efforts have now ended due to dangerous conditions, though discussions continue on next steps. The RCMP and coroners are working to identify the victims and notify families. The highway remains closed with no timeline for reopening.
