LORRIE MORGAN MOURNS LOSS OF HUSBAND RANDY WHITE

Country legend Lorrie Morgan is grieving the death of her husband, Randy White, who passed away on June 1, 2025, after a battle with mouth cancer. He was 72.

Morgan, 65, called White her “rock” and “champion” in a heartfelt Facebook tribute. The couple had been together for 17 years and married since 2010.

Her son, Jesse Keith Whitley, also shared an emotional message, praising White’s compassion, support, and spiritual influence, calling him the “most compassionate person” in their lives.

Morgan had postponed shows earlier this year to be by White’s side during his treatment. Fellow country star Pam Tillis temporarily filled in during Morgan’s tour with Alabama.

White, a retired businessman, was Morgan’s sixth husband and her first spouse outside the music industry. Morgan has continued to be active musically, releasing her latest album Dead Girl Walking in 2024, despite dealing with personal and professional losses.

Morgan has not yet announced when she will return to the stage following this loss.
