Farewell in tears..

CARMEL, CA — Legendary actor and director Clint Eastwood is mourning the loss of his longtime partner, Christina Sandera, who died in July 2024 from a heart attack at the age of 61.

The couple had been together for over a decade after meeting at Eastwood’s Mission Ranch Hotel in Carmel-by-the-Sea. Sandera, a former restaurant hostess, had maintained a low public profile throughout their relationship.

In a brief public statement, Eastwood described her as a “lovely, caring woman” and expressed deep sorrow over her passing.

Despite the personal loss, Eastwood, now in his 90s, remains active in the film industry, with sources close to him saying he is “staying strong” and continuing to work.

Sandera’s sudden death marks another chapter of personal grief in Eastwood’s life, yet the Hollywood icon continues to show resilience in the face of tragedy.
